Managing Director

Partap k. Aggarwal is the co-founder and the present Managing Director of IDS Infotech Ltd. He is a seasoned entrepreneur and experienced technology executive with a track record of success. His background includes valuable IT experience while working on Technical lead positions for companies like Incomnet Inc, Leach Corporation and MTI. Besides his expertise in Systems Management, he has successfully managed large technical teams to create products and provide services. He takes an initiative to travel to countries worldwide to present and negotiate IT services contracts.

He is a pioneer of the IT industry in the region and enjoys great respect from the large fraternity. He has proven himself to be an innovator and trendsetter by spearheading numerous initiatives to improve the overall posture of the IT industry and related education.

Vikram Puri

Senior Vice President (Publishing)

Vikram Puri has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in known organizations. During his professional career, Vikram has developed core competency in the fields of operations, quality management and business development. He started his professional career in 1980 and held several key assignments in the electronics manufacturing field in large Indian companies. He worked with Innodata, a well known Global IT Enabled Services Company as head of Production, India, and managed over 1200 staff. He has been working with IDS since 2005 as Vice President and managing the Publishing Services Outsourcing division.

He is a certified ISO9000 Lead Assessor and has trained several professionals. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical Telecommunications along with Masters in Business Administration.

Pawan Kumar

Business Head (Legal)

Pawan Kumar is the head of the Operations for the LPO division at IDS Legal. He is an IT and Business management graduate with more than 11 years of experience in Client Account Management and Operations. Pawan has been managing large scale litigation projects for more than 5 years leading a team of more than 300 people, processing millions of pages and multiples terabytes of data in a month.

Prior to this, Pawan worked with a leading GIS company for 5 years, managing the Data Engineering Group. Pawan started his career with a leading Document Management company and for 2 years was involved in Process Transitions and implementations.

Deependra Pratap Singh

Business Head (Software)

Deependra is endowed with 10 years of experience in IT Industry. He is jointly heading the Software Solution Business Group of IDS Infotech ltd. and is responsible for group's Operations and Business Development activities. He joined IDS Infotech as Business Development Manager and has since then wore different hats including that of Marketing Head and now that of Business Head.

He has been instrumental in building and launching few successful practices through management of software group's business and operations and has been instrumental in formulating the business strategy. He is helping IDS to achieve operational excellence and establish key alliances and business relations.

Deependra started his career in 2001 as software engineer with Infosys technologies and has since then worked as Project Manager/Consultant for companies like Infosys and CSC and also as Business consultant for startup companies. He has done business with clients from different business domains, such as Retail, Ecommerce, Insurance etc., and geographies, including Japan, Europe, US & India.

He holds an Electrical engineering degree(2001) from one of the leading institutes in India , Motilal Nehru National Institute of technology and has a MBA degree(2008) in General Management from one of the top European Universities, Rotterdam School of Management.

Manu Kanwal

Business Head (Sales)

Manu Kanwal is responsible for worldwide sales and business development for IT Services at IDS. Since joining IDS in 2006, Manu has continued to fortify the expansion of IDS IT Services sales around the globe, which has resulted in multiple quarters of double-digit revenue growth. He leads a multi-skilled team of employees and is a critical driver in creating and executing the company's sales strategy.

Manu plays a key role in determining IDS's pricing versus value delivery equation in light of the global economic factors and customer expectations. He also directly front ends some of the large strategic accounts that contribute to strengthening the company's track record and, eventually, the value proposition. He handles the account and relationship management for large accounts at IDS.

Manu began his career with first generation business start-up in India; thereafter, he marched towards contributing to technology and business management at key levels and worked for Patni Computer Systems.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an MBA from Punjabi University in Patiala.

Prashanth Krishna

Business Head (Healthcare)

Prashanth Krishna is an accomplished visionary and mission oriented leader with over 13 years of experience in leading operations in US Healthcare Industry. He is a commerce graduate and certified Six Sigma black belt professional.

During his professional career Prashanth has acquired extensive leadership in managing & motivating teams for running successful operations, experience of developing procedures, service standards & operational policies for business excellence. His expertise in interpreting & implementing various quality improvements projects He has proven track record of working in high-tech environments, with skills in client management, networking, vendor management, team building & engagement.
